I started my working life in a newsagent whilst studying engineering at college. After several years of the same old thing, I decided to apply for a Job at Thatchers and I was given the opportunity to work as a technician on the bottling line. I then progressed from production to working off site as a technician in the Quality Dispense Team. 

I continued to develop myself with support from Thatchers, learn new skills and progress to become Team Leader and eventually manager of the Quality Dispense Team. Most recently, I have also been given the responsibility of managing Customer Services. 

As Customer Services & Quality Dispense Team Manager, I ensure all of our customers receive the best possible service and have everything they need to pour the perfect pint of Thatchers.
