After reviewing your CV and application against our roles, you will be asked to attend a phone interview, to allow us to get to know you better!

If successful, you’ll be invited for an assessment day with the talent team and hiring managers. This includes team building activities to show off your practical and soft skills, as well as a face-to face interview.

At the final stage, we will ask you to attend a trial shift and final interview, allowing you to show us your skills and strengths in action, and to give you the opportunity to see what working life at Thatchers could look like for you.

Congratulations! After a successful interview process, you’ll receive a phone call. This will include all the key information you need about your new career at Thatchers!
