As the Supply Chain manager, I look after every drop of cider as it leaves the production lines and ensure all of our customers get their deliveries.

I started at Thatchers at the age of 16, and at 17 I was running my own shifts and had my own set of keys. I then spent the next 15 years as a production specialist taking responsibility of the production lines, and everything that comes with them.

I was given the opportunity to move across to the Supply Chain department and shortly after I was made Supply Chain manager.

Currently we are commissioning a multimillion-pound automated warehouse, which is really exciting!
